I need your help. This campaign is to raise money that was stolen from me through a popular platform booking.com & it turn out to be scam. It is a very wild and confusing tale but we greatly appreciate your time and interest in reading my story.

Ok here goes...

I book a chalet through booking.com with the reservation 2609----- sorry I can't review the whole reservation number, the name of the chalet was called Chalet de Cospillot deux, check-in date 2019-12-26, and check-out date 2020-01-04 the address is this 44 Lotissement de Cospillot, 73120 Saint-Bon-Tarentaise, France.

So here is the thing everything look so legit and the fact that I book so many times for my bosses and other clients also myself through this platform nothing has been cancel before until this nightmare arrive on 6 days before the arrival actual date, the booking.com cancel the booking, but the best part and awful part is the payment was fully made through them and they refuse to refund and blame on the property owner which no where to be found and myself. you can review them as i upload in the gallery. I tired all my ways to find this owner by the name of Jade Gontier email address is [email protected] with a phone number but by then was unable to reach this Jade at all.


The transaction was going smoothly and nothing seemed out of place during back and fore for 2 month at least with Jade. Jade the owner of the property Chalet de Cospillot deux contact me through booking.com and arrange with everything plus with private chef and also skii instructor and private car to pick my client up. So 6 days before the check in somehow "jade" decided to cancel it. I was thinking that booking.com had a fair share of this regarding the whole incident. As per attachment of the picture that i would like to show you is that booking.com at first agree to refund and out of sudden disappear and we couldn't find back the same first person that agree on the refund.

I tired my best to contact booking.com but the customer service just leave me hanging. I tired to contact the bank to reverse the payment but the bank couldn't do so and till now even making a police report nothing was given back or any update has been given it's been a year now.

So I was to blame for what happen on this booking.com booking even though the booking was pick by my client and all I did was just helping to book.

A few days later, i was notified by the bank that the money had been sent and can't be reverse back and I was so upset and under lots of stress because of the blame I had to take in by my client and I had to pay them back if not get sue, my clients keep harassing me for money to be pay back to them and keep name-calling me and as well as blame me for everything. The total came up to 42342.97 this is just the chalet payment and haven't included the private chef and private skii instructor course & private driver.

So here I am. I am doing everything I can to recoup this money and then still don't have the funds on top of that to pay my rent and monthly bills and medical bills, insurance etc..

Long story short, I am hardworking honest people. I live paycheck to paycheck as it is and this loss is too much for me to resolve before my next bills are due and it snowballs to me into further debt.

If you feel inclined to contribute even just a few bucks I would greatly appreciate it. Please help me i would like to clear the debts i have and move on.
