Campaign Story
I was hit by another car. The driver and passenger did not want to ecchange info. They framed me for the accident. Police officer arrested me for DUI under their directiin. Video proves no probable cause to arrest me for DUI. The video also contridicts the officers police report which described my speech slurred and my being unstable on my feet. I wont accept the offer given by the CA, im innocent. A jury trial is tge only way to get this case heard fairly. I need 3000 to payoff lawyer. Then, I plan to go to open a civil lawsuit. I will payback whoever donates to my fund when I have victory in my false arrest case.
