“Victim Of Fraud” subjected to unexpected and unjust legal proceedings. Please help!

Hello Friends, I am in dire need of funds urgently such to satisfy the unethical demands of corporate business. Such corporate businesses employ unethical means and bully their employees. The laws to protect the employees are all good but only on paper.

I have been mentally harassed and tortured for over a decade now due to a training cum employment offer I agreed upon back in the year 2009 with an Indian aviation company. Ever since my initial times with the company I have been cornered to pay bribes such to keep my job and have a peaceful tenure with the company.

I was supposed to serve a certain duration of five years with the company however I left just after two years due to such shady practices at the company and the fact that the company withheld my salary for over a year. Since then the company has tortured me with legal action. It has been already over four years that my case is pending with the courts in India. I was hopeful that the courts would give justice. However my hopes were false. How do you expect justice from a dodgy country where strong differences prevail and hatred is made evident on the basis of caste, religion and what else not!

I have been asked by the court to pay a penalty and an amount of USD 60,000 is required such to cover the fine. I am not in a position to pay this heavy amount on such a short notice. Also, I have been unemployed due to the ongoing pandemic for almost a year now. If I am unable to pay the amount, they will subject me to jail term. This all is when the fact is that it is the company that has breached the terms of the employment contract in the first place and on top of that it is the company that has been involved in the shady business of asking for bribes. Many such unethical corrupt practices remain hidden in the dark behind the shiny image of India portrayed to the world.

Trust me when I have been pushed and cornered to this harassment and torture I can safely conclude democracy is non existent in India. I am victim of fraud and a scam called India.
