Victim of Fraud Case

Dear All,

I humbly seek for your help to help me setlle a fraud case. I have hired a lawyer and been up and down to the tribunal court but until now the case is not settled and i have no longer guarded by any lawyer due to my poor financial background to support and pay the legal fees. My name was used by someone to apply a personal loan at Koperasi Kowaja KL back in year 2009. Have been sending and filing police report, biro complaint to SKM and so on. None of the instituion can lead me for solution. Now the Koperasi Kowaja is asking me to pay RM49,500 to settle the case and not to bancrupt my name.

Please help me as i have no idea how and where can i find that much money to pay that Koperasi, even i never get a single cent from them because i dont want to get bancruptcy and be unable to work any longer. I have all the documentation and paperwork, email replies and messages between me and my lawyer, and one of the previous government bodies personnel who had tried to help me out but failed
