Campaign Story
We are currently in the process of creating a Non-Profit Organization/Charity that will aid Veterans, specifically, but not limited to the homeless, disabled, unemployed and uninsured.
Before we can start helping veterans, we need to have a few things in place to operate legally:
- Fees for 501(c)3 (Non-Profit) Status with the IRS
- Attorney Fees for filing
- WEBSITE design and publishing
Once we have the above items in place, it’ll allow us to start fundraising by:
- Accepting Corporate and Private donations
- Benefit Concerts
- Golf Tournaments
- Government Grants
- Food and Clothing Drives
Utilizing the funds from the above to help reintegrate and sustain our Veterans by providing assistance with:
- Filing for Gov’t benefits (Medi-Cal, SSI/SSD, VA…etc) and/or helping attain Private benefits
- Legal, Medical (& Mental Health), Housing, Food and Clothing
- Counseling (Addiction, Clinical Mental Health Counseling (also referred to as Community Counseling), Career, Education, Family…etc)
- Employment Placement Assistance
- Helping the Homeless find suitable living arrangements
- Basic necessities
