Veteran Job Search and Porthole

After a decade of War the US Military is drawing down and returning home. The US Military forces will reduce its size to around 400,000 service men and women, this means that about 170,000 veterans will leave the Military and enter the job market this is in addition to the already 10% annually. 

I want to develop a web porthole to allow Veterans to enter a profile which will rate them with a score in catagories of industries based on their lifetime experience and education.  When a commercial company opens up an account on this service, they will build their profile and automatically be matched with a list of potentially qualified veterans. I want this site to be the Standard interface between Veterans and Industry for the purpose of matching Vets with available Job Openings accross the United States.

Additionally to the Veteran Job Match making service there will programs to help transfer a Veterans military expeirence to civilian terminology and simular experiences, Resume writing assitiance, Interview preperations along with chatrooms for live Vet to Vet and Vet to Industry assistance, a forums for announcements of Job Fairs and Forums for help, and the best feature is the live interview between Vets and Industry.
