Vetcare for Tonying

Hello, everyone!

Our Tonying needs urgent checkup! He's been pooping with blood for several days and showing lethargy. As much as we would like to take him to the vet, our wallets were emptied due to COVID-19 cases in the family.

Tonying is our grandmother's dog. He is an aspin, 10-12years of age. He is a free roaming dog and likes taking long walks. Hence, he always accompanies our grandmother wherever she goes that is walking distance.

Unfortunately, our grandmother passed away due to COVID-19 last April 12,2021. Prior bringing our Nanay (grandmother) to the hospital, Tonying stayed by her side and rested his head on our grandmother's lap. He is such a sweet and loyal dog that when Nanay was at the hospital he kept on walking around our compound looking for her. During the wake (our province is in MGCQ) when our grandmother's ashes arrived, Tonying went missing for days.

He came home 2 days before the burial with lots of wounds and significant weight loss. We tried to tie him up so that he wouldn't leave the compound, but he howls and cries randomly as if he is grieving. I discovered his bloody stool when we went for a walk.

For now, we are trying our best to feed him healthy foods and hydrate him. Hope you could help us bring him to a vet. Our local veterenarians do not have the laboratory equipment to test him adequately.

Please help us prolong Tonying's life to make amends with how our memories with our Nanay was cut short due to COVID.
