Vet bills for Trâu

I rescued a puppy from a meat market when she was about 4 weeks old, she was taken from her mum too early and she needed looking after. She has come on so well and she has taken to training to brilliantly, she's playful and cuddly. She's learnt to sleep by herself but loves waking up for cuddles in the morning. Sadly, Trâu starting behaving strangely a few days ago and after taking her to the vet I have found out she has a virus that's very difficult to treat. She's staying in the vet and I'm doing everything I can to help her, but I have been stuck in Vietnam and due to covid-19 I no longer have a job, all my money is going towards trâu's vet bills but I really need any help you can offer.
