Verster Fertility Journey

In 2016 we started our fertility journey. We love children and always wanted a big family. We went through numerous tests, hormone treatments and different doctors throughout the years but cycle after cycle we failed to get pregnant.

In 2020 we got pregnant through fertility treatment but had a miscarriage soon after. After the heartache we decided to go for IUI in May 2021. Soon after the IUI I got really sick and we got the wonderful news, we are having quadruplets!! We were so excited! The babies did so well and never had problems, but I was constantly sick and in and out of hospital. I went into pre-labor at 22 weeks and gave birth to our 4 beautiful babies, 2 boys and 2 girls . We lost 3 of our babies in the next 24 hours and we got to spend 4 more days with our baby girl before she went to be with Jesus. It's been the toughest year of our life, but we hold on to God and his plan for our life.

We are starting this fund to undergo further medical treatment in pursuit of our dream of having a family. The next step for us will be to go for IVF treatment. We really appreciate all the support and for walking this journey with us.
