The VeriDAO has been watching the SEC v. Ripple case closely and we feel that a recent motion filed by the SEC has opened the door for us to offer the court a fresh perspective of how the SEC handled the questions of unregistered securities by token holders, secondary market participation, and registration of digital assets.

Our insights may help XRP token holders, and other projects that have been similarly targeted, because we have specific knowledge about how the SEC treats tokens and individuals in the secondary market. The court needs to hear what we have to say.

We’ve decided to seek counsel and file “Amici Status” in the SEC v. Ripple case.
