Their vending machine takes bottles deposited for recycling and dispenses food for the city’s stray dogs.

The machine works because the profit from the recycled bottles and advertising covers the cost of the dog food that the machine dispenses. This machine helps them out by giving people an opportunity to feed them. When they recycle their bottles, the machine dispenses food for the strays. It also has a water bowl if you don’t want your water anymore.
