vehicle and moving help

I am trying to raise enough money to help replace my truck which caught fire and was a total loss. it was an older vehicle with only liability insurance, so, nothing is covered. this was my only source of transportation to get to oregon in september and start a new life with better options. i owed my mother two thousand on the truck still and have no way of getting another vehicle till thats paid for. seems like i hit a brick wall in every direction. any help would be a godsend right now. i live paycheck to paycheck and save as much as i can but the cost of living is rediculous where i live, especially being single. i hope to raise at least three thousand dollars to help with the move and find a cheap reliable vehicle.
