To establish VOB "Vegan Organic Beauty USA as an important brand that represents quality in skin care, Organic Fragrances and exclusive accessories. We will improve our recent facility to accomplish this using high quality manufacturing and research, a creative Marketing program, and a comprehensive distribution network using both brick and mortar retail exclusive outlets, internet presence, and a consumer catalogue.

By utilizing this multi-channel approach we will be able to reach the niche market for quality personal care products rapidly and efficiently. It will allow us to develop VOB as the brand for quality skin and body care products within our target market.

The initial stage of funding will be used to complete development, purchase equipment, introduce and market our new/next service line, fund working capital, acquire a competitor.

Here is a breakdown of how the funds will be spent;

Conclusion

Based on our projections, we feel an investment in our start up is a sound business investment. In order to proceed, I am requesting an additional emergency investment of $ 45.000 USD by May 2018.

VOB (Vegan Organic Beauty) will have two product lines, Organic skin care and Organic Fragrances. Within the skin care line we will offer a wide array of products including eye makeup removers, cleansing creams, facial scrubs, skin defender, lifting masks, and body lotions. Within the Fragrances line we will offer Woman & Man products alongside same fragrances for the Home, Car, Office etc. Spaces.

Our pricing strategy is to position our products with a shelf price that is in the mid to lower quadrant of high-quality products and brands. We have accomplished this by making careful market comparisons and adjusting our packaging size.

We believe our ability to create future product opportunities and growth will only be limited by our imagination and our ability to attract talented people who understand the concept of branding.

This consumer has an active lifestyle. They are concerned about social and environmental issues. Mind and body improvements are important to them.

They belong to a health club; take yoga, and events etc. The effects of aging and the maintenance of a youthful appearance are a part of their life.

Our target customers (vs. end user) for wholesale distribution will be resellers who recognize the needs of this consumer and who she identifies with. We have used the term resellers because they will not be limited to retailers. We will reach the consumer through four distinct
reseller channels. Spas and Health Clubs, Lifestyle Retailers, Cosmetic Specialty Retailers, and Boutique Department Stores.
There are a number of new demand trends that have impacted the market and created greater opportunities. These trends include a returning to age old, time proven, natural remedies; more consumers that are looking for more holistic and healing benefits from her skin care products, and today's consumer being more informed and more inquisitive about the benefits of her personal care products.

Financial
In order to launch its unique product line VOB requires an initial outlay. Sales at Exculisive VOB retail stores are planned to grow rapidly from Year 1 through Year 3. During this time frame our wholesale revenues are planned to grow enormously.

VOB will become profitable
in our second year of operation. Initial growth will be financed by a combination of equity investment and debt financing. Our ratios are well within prudent limits and our growth plans are challenging, but realistic.

Others in the market are able to provide somewhat similar services, but we are able to differentiate ourselves in the market because of entire package system implementations.

We have integrated this into our process which others will not be able to duplicate. Our lead service complicated Project solution addresses the approaching consumer needs and delivers cost saving benefits to customers.

Research and Development
Our R&D will require additional resources in the future. These will include people, capital expenditures to speed up development process, test results more efficiently.

New and Follow-on Services Responding to market needs, we plan to follow rechargeable process with extensions to our line which include new and big potential market which has few players.

Our target introduction dates for these services is 2018 as we have been in contact with 2 Projects and plan to finish a deal with one of them within 2018.

A typical customer for our unique Organic Beauty is a company who current may use alternative service for what purpose. They are motivated to buy our service because of its value, its quality, its usefulness.

Our service, does, however, have the following weaknesses; weak brand identity in a Beauty market. We are working to position our service as comparable in order to reduce this vulnerability.

Marketing
Our Marketing plan is based on the following fundamentals;
We expect to penetrate the Organic Beauty segment of the market and
achieve this by using the multi-level Marketing, internet as our primary
distribution channels. In time, we plan to capture 60% share of the market.

Position
Critical factors in offering our services is to make a portfolio of all services for a community in the field of Organic Beauty development and selling them with a competitive prices. In 2018 we will add Organic Baby & Hair Project services to portfolio.


We will position our product as good value for price, top quality, cheap and valued, which is a position not presently being addressed by the competition. One demographic group in particular, the generation X, future Beauty & Health expectations has a particular need for this service, and we tailor our positioning accordingly.
