Varsity funding

I am a final year diploma Civil Engineering student at the Central University of Technology (CUT) and I've been dropped by my bursar for my final semester. I am in desperate need of funding so that I may complete my qualification and move on to a bachelor's degree.

I've wanted to be an engineer since I was 13 and my passion and interest has only grown since then. Even more so because I came to realise how vital it is for young girls to have role models in engineering and other male dominated industries. I once told the father of a classmate (in high school) that I was studying engineering and he chuckled and told me that he hopes I'm ready for a sex change, that's not something I want any young girl to hear. I want to be someone they look up to, I want to be someone who shoes them that girls can do anything.
