Vapor Den and Tobacco

retired and now laid off navy vet looking to become my own boss and open a hybrid vapor and tobacco convienence store in my city of jacksonville nc. I have been in the vapor industry on the side for four years and figured I have more time on my hands, the inventory, and the absolute drive to succeed, I should open my own brick and mortar store. Another goal of my store is to provide a monthly net profit donation of 10% to the community in the form of donations/scholarships/gifts/or any other types of needed items I can provide. I do not need to be rich, just stable and able to help others.
