VAN for PWD

He can't talk, can't walk, can't hear, can't eat all he wants, can't play like other kids can do, sometimes can't breath, often times hes sicked, three times he died, but still hes alive..he cannot live a normal life of a 11year-old woul, he doesn't have a perfect family like his friends, and now he cannot study because of his illness. he constantly needs to commute back and forth to Manila from Bulacan for his check-ups. His mother has to carry her along with the wheel chair as they transfer from one mode of transportation to another. they have been like this ever since he was born. if we can help them somehow ease the pain and trouble by giving them the gift of having their own vehicle for their transportation needs.
