Hi Everyone!

My mom Valerie Windsor, 74, has been struggling more and more the last few years battling with her health. Getting around, walking outside or even just being able to get out of bed around the house and still breathing is almost impossible because she needs oxygen constantly.

15 years ago my mom was diagnosed with myeloma and managed to eventually overcome that, however not long after she developed COPD without ever smoking a single cigarette in her life. Moms health has taken knock after knock and she needs to be able to get out and to the doctor, but will need a portable oxygen machine for that to be possible.

To get back and forth from the doctor to treat her COPD that’s only getting worse, affecting other functions of her body’s and even just being able to enjoy the small things in life like walking outside or getting out of bed.

My mom is on a pension and sadly doesn't have a medical aid, out family aren't in a financial position to pay for a machine. We are appealing to any generous person who would be able to assist us in anyway possible. Maybe you've had a loved one with COPD, or understand how this terrible disease almost suffocates a person and you feel helpless to ease their suffering.

Please if anyone can assist, she wants the last years of her life to be as enjoyable as possible and to not struggle the way she does with the little and simple things in life.

Thank you everybody.

God bless.
