As you will be aware, a beautiful dad, son, brother, partner, cousin, nephew, grandson, friend, colleague and team mate has accidentally passed away at the age of 44 on October 7th.

Also known as Wog (by his best friends) and Jamesly (by Mum), Jamie was a funny, strong and happy soul who lived his life to the fullest, who cared and wanted the best for everyone. Jamie was in the midst of a really positive phase of his life and everyone was really happy for him because he had a number goals on the horizon that he was successfully working towards. Everyone was aware of how well he was going, working up in Onslow and towards these goals. Everyone who was close knew this was a positive time in his life and passing away at this time has compounded the deep shock and brought about an even deeper wound on those closest to him.

We invite you to support a meaningful memorial for Jamie.

Jamie's daughter Tyla along with the Costello's have decided it is best to turn what many may be intending to spend on flowers of support into a fund for Jamie. This is so that we can turn the amount raised into something meaningful and longer lasting as a memorial and tribute for Jamie.

Over the next week Jamie's direct family will be exploring and considering options on how best to approach this and honour Jamie's life. As we have not decided on any specifics yet, we are also open to any suggestions you may have on how to best memorialise Jamie. One path we are considering, is to look at donating to the most relevant charity once we have confirmation of the cause of his death.

The funeral home will be arranging flowers on everyones behalf for the day.
