NYPD Officer #1 v De Blasio: Lawsuit in response to NYC's illegal vaccine mandate.
This lawsuit is being filed on behalf of one police officer identified as NYPD Officer #1 v De Blasio, on behalf of all other police officers similarly situated. Your donation is going toward NYPD Officer #1's case, and is not being paid directly to Patricia Finn Attorney, P.C. The donation is on behalf of the litigant's case. It is not a class action, rather it is a lawsuit on behalf of this one officer who represents all other officers. If NYPD Officer #1 wins, all of us win. The donations are non refundable and are being applied to NYPD Officer #1's case for this specific lawsuit. The goal of the litigation is to obtain a Court Order to restrain the Covid 19 vaccine mandate imposed on NYPD.
