Vacation/Business rental with Incentive for use.

This campaign is to buy and manage Vacation/Business Visitor rental properties in Bay Area and around like Yosemite/Lake-Tahoe.

We will buy condo/house that will be fully furnished and rented on daily/weekly/monthly basis to the Vacation and Business customers.

There is one great incentives to the Funders:

You will be given twice the dollar value credits that you will be able to use for yourself or family/friends. These credits can be used to cover up to 50% of the base rental booking. Also you will be given 50% discount on the published brochure price.

For example:

- you fund $500

- You are given 500*2 = $1000 value credit

- Nightly rate: $200.

- If you/friend/family wants to rent for 3 nights

Your discounted price = 50% of 200 = 100

=$300 for three nights

=You can cover max 50% from the credit

=Your price reduces to $150 only after applying 150 credits.

=You are still left with $850 credit that you can use anytime in future.
