Vacation to Ireland

My mother-in-law has severe Rheumatoid arthritis and one of the things she really wants to do is go to Dublin, Ireland. Her arthritis will soon have her in so much pain that she will not be able to enjony something as beautiful as traveling to another country, and she has helped us out so much. Anything would be greatly appreciated!!I understand this will not happen in the next few months but would love for it to happen over the next few years before her disease takes over.
