I consider myself a Well-Being Facilitator. I hold space for people to increase their sense of well-being through my healing work at Vitalize Community and Healing Arts Studio. As the Owner of this studio, I support people in the community who offer their gifts to assist others to connect, move and transform. I love to be a part of the shift of consciousness and raising of vibration on the planet. I realize that it starts with my own awareness and transformation and ripples out from here. I am so grateful for all of the teachers and companions on this path of life. I am especially grateful for my husband Chad, who is my biggest supporter and accepts me unconditionally. He is definitely my greatest teacher and love of my life. My young adult children, Forrest and Jesaia, inspire me to share more of my light. My goal in life is to become the most authentic version of myself and share that with others.
