I am a very proud mother of two amazing boys and have an amazing husband that supports me! I am so excited and ready to share SGGF with you! I started Sexy Girls Get Fit almost two years ago with an amazing group of girls that had been by my side and very dear to my heart! I needed drive and motivation! With weighing over 200lbs I just couldn't take it anymore! I had to find a way to make change. Yes I had my struggles and my ups and downs and I still fight to stay strong and keep moving! I always tried to loose weight because of someone else! Well this time it's for me and my family that I stay positive and keep going to lives healthy lifestyle! SGGF is my passion and the support from family,friends, and the amazing lady's that I have ment along the way! SGGF is about being true to yourself and not being afraid! I still have along way to go but I will get there! It's ok if you fall off the horse as long as you get back on and keep moving!!!
