Used Car for Cancer Patient

In 2004 I was diagnosed with stage III breast cancer.  Five years ago, it metastasized to lymph nodes and then to lung, liver, and extensive spots throughout my skeleton and is now considered incurable and terminal.  My oncologist estimates I have three to five years remaining.  Unfortunately I can no longer work and had to sell my car.  I still need transportation for doctors appointments and personal errands and I was hoping to either raise enough money to purchase a gently used car or borrow one to  the remainder of my life.   If you cannot help financially, positive thoughts are gratefully accepted!
