Herewith I am sending some medical records which show the drastic illness of my 3 years old son kushal as attached files followed by few photographs of himself for your kind case study and reference.Please review and acknowledge me when you feels free.. As long we consulted many doctors starting from Vithal Nursing home,Dharwad(Dr.Rajan Deshpande),SDM hospital,dharwad (Dr.Kulkarni ),the physiotherapist Dr.Manish Mawliya,Manasa Nursing Home,Shivamogga(Dr.Vamana Shenoy along with Physiotherapist Dr.Radha Prabhu) and Dr.B.G.Patil,Laxmeshwar, stating our son’s physical and mental illness thouroughly and undergone several tests,treatment,medicines etc.in order to combat the particular issue.But as the medical results couldn’t succeed to show expected remedies even after subsequent investigation at many hospitals and expert doctors which immersed us into a deep worried path and still we have kept a meaningful positive hopes towards my son’s recovery from abnormal state to regular state.By birth he was active declaiming that only he had delayed in ‘Crying” after immediate birth.After that the doctors in his birth place hospital delivered he may meet with neurological disabilities throughout his life.But,we,the parents were not ready to accept their ideology and challenged the modern medical theory and immediately shifted him to Vithal Chilren’s Hospital where he met with Fits.Due to lack of careness of Nurses we lost confidence over their treatment and rushed to SDM hospital in ICU. Hence,I couldn’t able to express in long way where what we did and don’t did for above said matter.

Hereby I would like to share with you that,my three years old son,kushal, is under medical observation.He is suffering from nervous problem & disability since birth.According to hospital sources,he is still to be under medical custody for further treatments including physiotheraphy as adviced by the concerned doctors.So,we,the parents are worried about him and getting confused what to do next.Because,we have poor financial condition and could not able to manage at right now.We seek kind help from my friends/classmates who might help us on humanity basis in this regard. I request and pray you that please try to help at your level best join your hands to save my child's life. Apart from this,I have sent many requisitions to my old friends and others seeking financial help,but many of them ignored my request and some of them assured to help us.But,we received nothing,this made us very much frustrated about our bad financial condition at now.I am urgently in need financial help from humanity based friends to accelerate my son's treatment and further procedures.If necessary I am glad to send the concerned medical testimonials for your kind reference(scanned copy).Please,I request you help us and if you are interested,please try to contribute accordingly to the following details:
