Urgently need money for this poor and needed family boy

Look toward on this boy friends. He is suffering in alots of diseases. His parents are unable to cure him. Dr. said them mange alot of money. He is only single son of their parents. God give them a gift after many years but the gift is not well. His parents are very poor. They have nothing to do for his son. They don't have any property or any business. They are just living in someone house and they are unable to start treatment for their son. Please guys help them and look at this cute boy. Please my friend i request you to give them some fund for starting the treatment of their son. They will give you alots of pray. They are very very worried about their son. They have not more children. They have only 1 who is suffering from many diseases.
