hi I'm David 66 yrs old American citizen here in the Philippines Sadly I've developed heart and stroke problems that are forcing me to get medical help in Guam the closest US territor My recent stroke has exhausted my resourses. On topbof which I have blockage issues and circulatory problems please help me get the help in Guam I so desperately need .thanks God Bless David
