UPDATE: Raiyan has completed his diagnosed. His specialist is Pediatric Surgeon Dr. Saroar Jahan Bhuyan of Apollo Hospital, Dhaka, Bangladesh. His Specialist suggests his mother brain imaging tests, such as x-ray computed tomography (CT scan), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). An electroencephalogram (EEG), genetic testing, metabolic testing or a combination of these, also might be done. CP generally is diagnosed during the first. Specialist said that his treatment is needed longtime and huge amount of money for cure. He also suggests for his better treatment if possible please take him Singapore or USA because there is no better treatment and also relevant specialist in our country. Finally, her mother take decision to go Singapore for his treatment but money is the big problem even with start. With this following treatment, he is also needed step by step-

(a) Physical therapy (Muscle training and exercises can help your child's strength, flexibility, balance, motor development and mobility).

(b) Occupational therapy.

(c) Speech and language therapy.

(d) Recreational therapy.

Background: Reshmi Aktar is my younger sister. Her only Autism son is Raiyan. Her family problem is very critical and increasing day by day due to her five years Autism baby. Her son is suffering a critical diseases name Cerebral palsy (oftenly called Brain damage). Her son cannot sitting, walking and speaking at the age of five years. After born her son, was crying six months long. That period of time his different doctor cannot diagnose the problem. We took to different types of doctor for his treatment but failed. Besides these, money was big problem. Her husband didn’t take care at all and live in separate each other due to her Autism child. Her husband, father in law, mother in law and brother & sister in law are blame her all the time for autism problem but specialist said problem occurs during born in hospital. All the members of husband’s family didn’t help her at all. She is suffering mentally depression with her autism son. My sister is crying but no way. I was always companion to help.
