URGENT Umbilical Hernia Surgery For Junior Cat

Junior Cat (Xiaohei) being abandon on the street for quite sometime under my block, He had been acting weird and keep crying, So i decided to took him to vet to do some check up, And he was diagnosed he have Umbilical Hernia and i finally understand why he is begin abandon and we asked the vet about his age and found he is only around 1 year old. How can people begin so cruel just because the cat is sick you throw him on the street. He is so sweet and nice cat.

The vet told us he need to go for operation not later then 14 Feb 2018. His condition now is very bad he could die anytime.
