URGENT- Save My Education and Help my family

To whomsoever is reading this, thank you for taking your time to do so.

Ever since the death of my mother in 2018, not everything was easy for my family and I. We’ve had our ups and downs but we made it though. Though in 2020, that really was a downfall for all the breakthroughs which we had in our life. My father could not work anymore and that really was detrimental in all aspects of our life. Since I’m still in highschool I couldn’t study so well and trying to adapt to online learning was such a challenge. Buying a laptop and getting my textbooks for school was unfortunately a unrealistic idea, he couldn’t work cause of lockdown. We struggled so much during that time and that put a lot of stress on all of us. We’d fallen behind in our bills too. I felt so miserable cause I couldn’t do anything and school was supposed to be my main priority, but I didn’t and still don’t have the resources I need to excell and persevere in my studies. Also being unable to help with the bills that needed to be paid.

Right now even though the lockdown regulations have eased a bit, my father getting clients for work is not easy because of the limitations of the regulations. They’ve been issues we’ve had with our car, thus the money which was initially supposed to be used to buy all my necessities for school was used to fix the car. This was important to do cause he needs to be able to move around and try make money. There's no way of knowing if our world will eventually get back to "normal." and because of this, it causes so much uncertainty and it’s a problem. I don’t know whether we’ll be able to get money to buy these things and it’s an emergency. Education is so important for me and I don’t want to disappoint my family. There’s a Computer Science program outreach that I’d like to go to at school, but we don’t have the money even to pay the upfront fee of $500. Let alone the laptop.

I kindly ask that you’d please help my family and I with any amount of contribution. Right now just being able to have my school textbooks, to get a laptop and stationery would help us so so much. I’m a hard working person and I don’t let my circumstances distract me from my main goal: Excelling in class and going to university. Regrettably I am now distressed and I don’t know what to do. If I could be able to buy or receive these things, I’d be able to relax a little and be more attentive in class.
