[Urgent] Please help my dad in fighting cancer stage 4

Here is my Dad, David's situation -

Back to Sep 2017, it is found to have a tumour in his left colon and is confirmed to be cancer of colon. Two weeks later, he was suggested to do the surgery and cut it off asap. After surgery, segment of colon which measures 9.5cm long and 2.3cm in diameter was removed. On opening the segment of colon, there was a tumour located in the middle portion of the specimen and was measured 3.5cm longitudinally and 2.3cm transversely.

Unfortunately, in Oct 2017, he discovered problem in his lung and resulted in serious coughing. He went to to do examination and it showed that the tumour cells were strongly and diffusely positive in his right lower lobe of lung. This immunoprofile and the histology are most compatible with metastasis from colorectal primary. It is confirmed to be the spread from colorectal to lung and as cancer stage 4.

After visiting different doctors and hospitals within that few months, doctor suggested him to do Chemotherapy and Targeted Therapy at the same time for better medication. His medication road started again from Jan 2018, which required him to took the medicine of TS-ONE Capsule (Chemotherapy) and did the Targeted Therapy injection (Panitumumab 100mg per injection) every two weeks consecutively for 3 months. This road was not easy and his weight dropped from 82kg to 67kg. The side-effect also included hair losing and vomiting. His skin also got allergy and resulted in many red dots.

However, my Dad is a very tough guy and eventually he survives from the medication. He never loses any hope and hoping to see his grandsons. Again, in May 2018, suddenly one day his leg got swollen and he cannot walk properly. That night, we went him to hospital immediately and it was found deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremity. That was properly the side-effect from this Chemotherapy and doctor suggested him to stop that immediately.

After stopping the treatment for around a year and it came to Apr 2019, everything changed again. His lung was getting back and we went hospital for diagnosis. It was found that his tumour in his right lung was increased to 6.5cm and 3cm. Since he received Chemotherapy and Targeted Therapy already and it was useless. He was suggested to try the Electrotherapy. He was arranged to do 30 times Electrotherapy and luckily the tumour was decreased from 6.5cm to 5.2cm after treatment.

However, doctor said the tumour was not likely to be totally removed since it was quite large in size. And since the tumour cells were always there, it is also an unknown that when will his situation suddenly becomes worse. Unluckily, his situation turns worse in Sep 2020. Even worse, due to Covic-19, he is trapped in mainland China and fails to visit his usual doctors as in Hong Kong. Doctors in mainland China is now trying to put some new medication method on him and it is called Ion Theraphy. However, this treatment costs a lot and in a total of 580K RMB (in which we need 600K more in HKD).

My dad is always a cheerful and optimistic person. Throughout all these years, he is fighting the disease hardly and still he never give up. During the treatment, even he has no appetite to eat, still he forces himself to eat something. He is having a touch moment now and we REALLY NEED YOUR HELP. Please do give him and give us a hope. He is always the main support of our family and now I really want to try my best to help him in fighting this together!

-------------------Update on March 10--------------------

An updated report is just out and it is found that the tumor in right lung is transferred to the left side already. Some small tumors are found in the left lung and it is suggest to do chemotherapy medication as soon as possible.
