URGENT: Please help me save my home

I bought my home - with my dream business already onsite - in 2009. The terms of the purchase were 7% interest for 7 years. It has now been 8 years since I bought my home. I have been trying to re-finance it for the past 1½ years but it has been very difficult. Most lending institutions will not touch a re-fi with a commercial business onsite so I have been looking outside of the "box". I have been working with a local mortgage person for almost 1 year. The previous owner wants to foreclose on July 7, 2017 if I cannot get re-financed. This is my dream home and business. I run a boarding kennel for dogs & cats and have successfully built it up for the past 7 years. I have worked hard at retaining my clients by taking very good care of their dogs & cats. My kennel - Roblen Kennel - has a 5 star yelp rating and an A+ BBB rating. I am desperately trying to save my dream of home ownership and owning my own growing business.
