Urgent life saving operation

I have developed a blockage in the uretha that does not allow me to drain the bladder using a IN OUT catether as it will not go in,its called a urethal stricture- due to this I cannot even leave the house now as I get blood pressure spikes that are potentially fatal. I have spoken to urologist and I will need an operation To Correct this as soon as possible AS it is potentially life threatening.

Being able to reach my target would change my life by putting things back the way it was before, to living a close to normal life , pain free and I would actually be able to sleep again- my wife takes care of me and she is taking major strain at the moment. Your donation will be life alter.
