Parachinar is the capital of Kurram, one of Pakistan's seven semi-autonomous tribal districts that are governed according to local laws and customs. More than 100 people were killed and 200 people were wounded in the rush-hour attacks on Parachinar's Toori Bazar. This fund is intended to support the families of victims
