Urgent! Help me save this amazing racehorse!

Hello everyone.

I want to tell you something about me.

My name is Jarka and I am a 16 years old girl from Slovakia, that small country in eastern Europe that noone knows about :).

Horses are my big passion and they have been for a long time now. Also, I want to apologize for any grammar mistakes, as I am not a native speaker.

I've always loved horses and I also wanted to own one. You know, some beautiful Friesian like this guy right here. I can have dreams, right? :D

But it never happened, because we were too poor to afford one. But I was happy, I helped other people who owned horses and in return, they let me ride theirs. I was a little jealous, but I could live with that. Those people and their horses were happy and so was I,

This changed this week. when I saw this guy. He wasn't happy at all.

Loki

His name is Loki and he is a racehorse. Was a racehorse. He hurt his leg in one of his races and he can't walk properly, not to say race. He will probably never be able to race in the future and who would want a horse like that? Who would want a limping racehorse?

I would.

I don't care if he will never race again. He is such a sweetheart. I've never met a horse like him before. When I first saw him, he was in pain. You would expect him to look defeated, to give up on life. He didn't. He stood there on three legs, proud and majestic.

His owner has to sell him. She has ambitions to become a racer. And she can't afford to divide her attention between 2 horses, especially if one of them needs a long-term medical care like Loki.

I fell in love with Loki and it would hurt me deeply if he was killed for meat or sold to an owner who wouldn't be able to give him what he needs the most.

New life. New hope.

I could offer him an amazing home where he could live happily again. I work as an assistant in a local horse club. This horse club would offer him a place to stay and slowly recover. He wouldn't be alone again.

There is one problem with my plan. Staying there isn't free. Not only that, but I also have to pay for his medical treatment so he can get better. And that also costs money. A lot. As I said, we can't afford this without some help. Your help.
