Urgent help for my dog medically and for his journey to England for a happy life he deserves

I found this beautiful 7-8 month old dog that had been caught in a fire and left to die of hunger and pain in Turkey ( I have been in Turkey for a little time). His legs was terribly burnt and in one of his legs his bone was showing. He couldn't walk for 2 months and I fed him with my hands. His skin has formed but has no nails and bleeds often. He still can be in pain sometimes and when he is in pain he puts his feet in his mouth and whines. I struggle to pay for his veterinary fees as I am unemployed at the moment and he will be needing an opperation on his feet due to having edema.

Most importantly I want to take my dog to the UK but financially my familly is not in a good condition. It is very expensive to export a dog to the UK. There are so many processes such as vaccinations, veterinary costs, government costs in Turkey.

Please help me bring this beautiful dog to the UK as well as help me with his ongoing veterinary costs.all I want is for him to be painless and happy as much as he can for the rest of his life.
