Municipal Solid Waste aka MSW is filthy sometimes even poison filled with plastics metals and decomposition yet it has value even more so when technology has evolved to such an extent so as to allow for Zero Toxic Emissions in it's processing too.

Intellectual Property : Exists already to achieve plastics recycling or more importantly computers and other redundant electronic scrap recycling in a totally safe clean and environmentally friend manner and is used in some countries already .

It is however very much needed in cities in Africa too

The new tend is possible to call #Urban Mining , if you like , in a way & since so much energy has been used to put stuff in Cities all this "stuff" needs recycling and "re-purposing" we don't need any more floating trash heaps nor "plastic flowers' stuck to boundary & perimeter fences and blowing in the wind all over the country .

We are fortunate some countries in Africa already banned plastic bags but this choice has not yet managed to pick up nor empty lands fills yet .

We as responsible societies and citizens of the globe , which is not necessarily infinite - I might add, do not need massive landfills these ideas are archaic and totally outdated !

We need to start up and erect demonstration plants facilities so as to fix the mess if we want our communities to live in safer and cleaner environments .

The Modern First World , aka Developed Economies , Third World or Developing Economies the convergence of these economies thereof including Central America and Africa are also good places to start because we can create many necessary jobs while performing sensible and responsible environmental stewardship
