Uprising will be a artisan bakery in the heart of saugatuck Michigan.

We will have a wide range of freshly baked products, made to order sandwiches, daily soups, and changing hot boxes all of which are home made on the premises.

Uprising  will be creating fantastic tasting cakes, breads, cookies, and savouries 

We wil source only the finest ingredients for our baking and only use free range eggs from the farm and as much fresh local product as possible.

I have formal culinary and business training plus many years of experience working in the industry including working in  a professional pastry kitchen at a five star resort.

Low overhead, a great location, and amazing product is what will make Uprising succeed.
