Campaign Story
We have an oportunity to acquire and establish a centre in Oxfordshire providing water sports oportunities for teenagers. In the area. We already run a small project and have plenty of experience running large projects. We are looking to 2 strands of funding. Donations and grants and bridging funding. If we can secure the freehold to the property we know that we can fully fund the project within 2 years.
For bridging/investment funding we would expect to be able to pay a dividend of between 1% & 2%
