I've been working in the catering industry since I was 15 and I always wanted to open my own Bar. 19 years old, I decided that I should go ahead and do so as I had the perfect opportunity, the perfect location and the perfect Idea. Malta was lacking in the Beer Industry and so I decided to open The Beer Cave, a pub with 140 Craft beers!
2 years later and here I am trying my best and trying to hold everything together but the bar is 450 years old and as you know antique places are super high maintenance! You fix something and something else crops up that needs fixing! To top it off I am not financially stable as I am still 21 and invested most of what I had in this Pub!
I am starting this fund raiser as I would love to fix our AC system, upgrade our Bathrooms and maybe the restaurant area :)
Thank you for all your help it means the world to me as this has always been my dream!
