Unsafe home

Hello, I'm a single mother of 4 young boys that kept getting sick, my children have asthma so I thought it was allergies until it turn into full on sick not eating sleeping all day problems.  It turns out our home we rent has mold badly, the ceiling fell in in the kitchen and our home kept flooding.  Now there is mold in the walls.  I am currently employed and trying to raise the 20% down to buy a used trailer.  We are in serious need.  I want my children happy and safe like any other parent.
