UNRWA – Emergency Response

As some of you may know, I'm starting a 6-month internship with UNRWA Amman on November 1st. I will be posted at the field office, working for the Emergency Response Unit that concerns itself with Palestinian refugees coming in from Syria due to the ongoing conflict and provides them with both legal and practical assistance. Like all UN internships, this will be unpaid. Luckily, the Belgian government provides funding, but this of course is limited. Because of this, I would like to raise some extra money, which will most likely be spent on basic amenities such as housing, transport and food.

I'm of course aware that this is a difficult economic climate for everyone, and that I am probably not the only person you know doing an unpaid internship; But if you could spare a buck (euro) or two, I would appreciate it very much and you would really help me out.
