Unpaid Internship with Children with Disabilities

I have an amazing opportunity that is also my dream job!! I have been offered an unpaid internship in Sydney, Australia for 10 weeks! The internship is with a non-profit organization that works with children who have disabilities and developmental delays and the families of these wonderful children. I will be working alongside the occupational therapy team to provide help to these children and families, and I will also be performing research. This opportunity is PERFECT for me and a once in a lifetime opportunity!!!

One: I have never even rode an airplane before!

Two: I'll be getting to work with sweet, sweet children! This isn't a selfish internship, I'll actually be making a difference in people’s lives!

Three: If anyone knows about occupational therapy, then they know that Australia is a REALLY great place to go and gain more knowledge. If anyone has ever performed research about occupational therapy, they would have came across research from Australia. 

The reason why I am asking money for my trip is because since it is a non-profit organization, it is unpaid. This means that I will have to support myself for ten weeks in Australia, and it is not a cheap! I am a junior at Berea College so I do really work hard in everything I do, I would ABSOLUTELY love this opportunity. Any amount of money would be so so so greatly appreciated!
