Unlawful retrenched and forced to pay back ex employer with immediate effect and judgement filed on me

on 28 Feb 2018, i received a termination letter from my deputy director. Asking me to leave the company right after i had my operation for my liver on 11 January 2018. Not long after i am back from my recovery and i was asked to leave. Upon leaving, i had a personal loan from my Managing director in regards to my operation, expenses for the family. A loan agreement of a repayment plan was drafted and signed by the Managign Director. Upon my dismissal, i tried ways to get in touch with the admin for an account for repayment but was ignored. Months later, i received a legal letter from Court which my Ex Employer filed a judgement on me. To claim back the loaned sum from me. How would i be able to fork out Over $95,000 while i am unemployed even till now. Am still seeking for a job and hopefully, god is kind to me. I must stay strong for my wife and 2 young kids, if i were to passed on. They will be sufefring further, i am seeking help from the group, to please lend me your helping hand.
