University tuition fees

Hello kind stranger! My name is Rokas and in March 2015 I will be turning 18. The reason I'm here is very simple, I need to fund my first year at my chosen university and I am very worried to start my life in debt as if I fail here this would be the only resource available to take a loan out. My parents cannot provide this funding as I have two more siblings. I managed to save up a little bit and looking for work, however the amout I require is huge and in September 2015 I am starting my Business Finance studies, so without your help this target is unachievable for me.
