University tuition fees

I'm a student studying in Turkey, I've paid part of the tuition fees and finished the first semester but I've faced difficult financial struggles recently and couldn't pay the rest of the tuition fees, the university now doesn't allow me to continue my studies for the second semester until I pay the rest of the fees

So right now I can't continue my studies or get a degree for the first semester to leave for a chance somewhere else, knowing I can't waste more time as I already had to postpone my college education for 4 years due to financial issues، so I'd really appreciate any help to be able to just continue my studies this year

أنا طالب أدرس في تركيا وبعد إن قمت بدفع جزء من رسوم الجامعه ودرست فصل دراسي تعثرت ظروفي الماليه ولا أستطيع دفع باقي الرسوم والجامعه حاليا ترفض تسجيل أي مواد حتى أقوم بدفع باقي الرسوم واصبح موقفي صعب جدا فلا أستطيع استكمال الدراسه أو الحصول على الشهاده من الجامعه بما درست حتى أكمل في مكان آخر. مع العلم انني لا أستطيع التأجيل أو اضاعه العام الدراسي حيث انني قمت بالفعل بتأجيل دراستي الجامعيه لمده 4 سنوات بسبب المشاكل الماليه
