University Fees

Hi everyone 😊. My name is Khomotso and I am 22 years old. I am a student at the University of Pretoria in Hatfield, Pretoria South Africa. I am currently studying towards a Bachelor of Laws degree and I'm now in the final semester of my final year. I come from a pretty disadvantaged background where both my parents are unemployed. I'm from a township on the outshirks of Johannesburg with my family of 5 (me included). I have two beautiful sisters who are also university students and 2 loving parents who did an amazing job raising us. In 2016 my mother lost her job as a domestic worker/maid because the family she was working for relocated to another country. Things started going downhill from there. It became more and more difficult for my father to feed us, clothe us and put a roof over our heads with the peanuts he was earning. A string of unfortunate events caused my father to leave his job because we were desperate for the pension payout. Now we are still living, well l... barely surviving actually off my father's pension money and even that ship is about to leave the Harbour soon.

I am asking for your help to settle my tuition and accommodation costs so that I can graduate. I am confident that once I've graduated, I can start taking positive steps in the direction of a law career and help my family out of this predicament.
