University Education for a very smart young man

He wants to become an Aerospace Engineer with a minor in Music but we don't have the money to pay. Its Us 34.000 a year.

He was the salutatorian at his High School, He was the brass captain at the High School Marching band. After he graduated he went to Clemson University SC for the first semester and his gpa was 4.00. He was at the University Marching band as a second trumpet. We have a working visa in this country and the university is not able to give him any scholarship because he doesn't  have a green card. 

We had been looking for sholarships but everyone is asking for the Green Card. We are going to start the green card process but it takes long time. 

If we get the money for him to study, i am sure this country is going to have an excellent Aerospace Engineer to be part of the NASA investigations
