EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Photrashion Fashion Store is an upscale clothing store that will open in December this year. Photrashion was derived from three words, Photography, Travelling and Fashion. These will be our main area of focus. Photrashion is a man-owned currently organized as a Sole Proprietorship.


The Year 1 season will be a great one for customers looking for distinctive clothing online. Photrashion will carry Ready-To-Wear (RTW) designer and casual/contemporary apparel and accessories for both men and women.

Photrashion will provide services such as alteration, personal shopping, special ordering to customers, booking appointment with our designers, organizing a photoshoot, hiring a Photographer, model or stylist. Photrashion blog will emphasis on helping customers develop their personal styles and this will enhance our reputation as the best online clothing store in Kenya

Photrashion will generate awareness by utilizing PR tactics and the referral networks of personal stylists. Photrashion will meet customer where they are, focusing on how people approach shopping by obtaining mentions and reviews on fashion publications and social networks



Management



With three year of experience in business management, Photrashion owner Lennox Omondi ha gathered the expertise to complement and grow the business. Our advisory team also holds expertise in international investments, business administration, legal contracts, fashion and design. A detailed business plan has been created and all tasks are on schedule. Legal requirements and payment gateways have been completed. We still have an online shop but the other feature is not yet integrated. marketing elements are currently being finalized.

  • Accessible website with an attractive front end, fast loading page, good SEO optimization and with no or minimal bugs
  • Acquiring good article writers and workers
  • Excellent vendor relationship that will enhance fast delivery and acquiring goods on loan

To maintain profit margin of 15-20% through close attention to expenses and cost of goods.



To drive awareness and build sales through mentions in both print and the country’s top magazine and Newspapers.



WHO WILL BENEFIT?(Market)
The target market for Photrashion is a 16-35-year-old individual. When he/she isn’t shopping, the customer is either a student or a young professional. As a student, his/her income is minimal and as a young professional he/she has not yet worked long enough to establish a significant net worth, so in both cases, he/she us budget conscious. That being said, the customer is not afraid to splurge every once in a while on great pair of jeans or some fabulous shoes. Usually, he/she shops around for deals, but impeccable service could be the push to convert her to a loyal customer.



The Photrashion customer dreams of one day owning looks by high-end designers/ He/she follows mid-range designers too



He/she is a huge fan of photoshoots and spends most of her leisure time on Instagram. She also loves reading fashion magazines for styling ideas and inspiration, and she prides herself in making affordable apparel appear as if it actually cost him/her a month’s salary. He/She is a not afraid to do so, either though Pigia me, OLX or Facebook Clothing Groups



For the Photrashion customer, often enjoys shopping with his/her friends on the weekends. They will try to browse and try new things on and while they are well-served in fashion the still appreciate the opinions and approval of the salesperson



Due to social nature, the Photrashion customer enjoys fashion – related events. photoshoots and fashion shows easily fits into her social calendar.
Anyone who invest on Photrashion will be part of the Photrashion team that is, they'll become shareholders when Photrashion upgrades to a Company.



What will this fund be used for?



Photrashion is ready to go live as soon as it buys the first stock. Management is hoping to start with the little they'll get form this fundraiser and upscale through the profit from the business. We just need a small boost. This money will also be used for Marketing of the website and creating awareness



HOW SOON DO YOU NEED THE FUNDS
Photrashion need the funds in 80 days. We need to get the merchandise ready before we launch the website come December this year



What will this funds mean to you?
I am extremely dedicated and motivated to creating a thriving online fashion empire and I feel confident in succeeding based on my well-rounded experience, and customer relationships, and strong work ethic acquired from the cybercafe I work for.
Personally, I live in a slum in Nairobi Kenya, called Kiambiu. I sleep in a cybercafe and my mother; well I don't know how she survives. I'll give my best to this business. I believe that from the help you guys will give me, Photrashion will change my life, so will you guys, you'll not regret helping me.
