UNGWANA SCHOOL KENYA

UNGWANA ACADEMY is a school Located in Marereni, Kilifi County, North Coast of Kenya 50 Km from Malindi Town.

The school started in January 2016 with a very small number of kids.

Actually we have more than 200 kids in 8 classes and 8 Teachers. With the help of the local community and some international donation we build the 8 classes and we buy some desk for the students.

We managed to build latrines and a water tank connected with the local water connection pipe.

Our Goal is to improve the School and the life of our small students and families.

Last year a local company (NAMI EMAR Investment) help us with some materials for the students (books,pens), and they give us weekly food for them.

We have a dream: Complete our school building plan: We need to build Decent bathrooms for the students, kitchen, 8 new classroom. We even need to buy more desks, uniforms and materials.

We need to raise the equivalent of $ 20.000 and included are even the salaries of our teachers.
